Why "dao.pp.ru", such a strange name?
Let's look:
"ru" is the main Russian domain
"pp" means "personal pages", this is domain to let people create personal sites such "your-name.pp.ru" instead of "your-name.ru"
"dao" is a Chinese word as you know, and the reason why we chose it you can find in the following answer. Really, we did not think too much about the name :)
Who are we?
This is our family site. We are Litvinovs, Nikolay & Natalia, known in LJ as Kitaets & Edita. "Kitaets" is a Russian word and it means Chinese. So, sometimes they call us just Chineses by the husband's nickname :)
We are keen on photography and this is the first reason why we created this site.
